The Vario system gives the Nordic Walker upto 10cms of adjustment, 5cms either side of their normal pole length. For example, if you nromally walk with a 115cm pole you will be able to adjust the pole from 110cm to 120cm. The adjustment section is close to the grip to ensure a good swing weight and low vibration.

Made from Performance Racing Carbon (PRC) 1000, these poles are ultra-lightweight, incredibly strong, and engineered for maximum efficiency.
