The LEKI Instructor Lite is a premium two-piece Nordic Walking pole, combining robust aluminium and lightweight carbon for the perfect balance of strength and agility. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned walker, this pole delivers all-day comfort and reliable performance.
The ergonomic Shark 2.0 natural cork grip sits comfortably in the hand, minimising moisture and sweat, even on warm days. Paired with the Trigger Shark system, the breathable mesh hand strap can be quickly detached with a simple click – ideal for group sessions, drills, or taking a break.
With Speed Lock 2 Plus, you can easily adjust the pole length between 100 cm and 125 cm, ensuring the right fit and walking technique. The Powergrip rubber pads give excellent grip on pavements, while the Flex Tip provides traction on natural terrain.

Q: Are they sold individually or as a pair?
A: They’re sold as a pair, complete with straps and Powergrip rubber pads.
Q: Are they good for travelling?
A: They collapse down to 91 cms so are not strictly a travel pole. However the short length makes them easy to pop in the boot of your car or to stow. Check out the folding or 3 piece pole options for a true travel pole.
Q: Can I use these on both tarmac and trails?
A: Absolutely. Use the rubber Powergrip Pads for hard surfaces and remove them to use the Flex Tips for softer, natural terrain.
