FAQ's

Q: What makes the Speed Pacer Lite different from other Nordic walking poles?
A: The Speed Pacer Lite is optimised for fitness and performance walking. With 85% carbon construction, it's extremely light and responsive. The Nordic Shark grip and quick-release strap system give you excellent control and power transfer.

Q: Can I use these poles on roads and pavements?
A: Yes! The poles come with LEKI Power Grip Pads for smooth use on hard surfaces like tarmac, concrete, and pavements.

Q: How do I choose the right size pole for my height?
A: A good rule of thumb is to choose a pole that is around 68–70% of your height. Poles are available from 100 cm to 130 cm in 5 cm increments.

Q: What if the strap size included doesn’t fit me?
A: No problem! We can swap the strap for a different size. Just email us at hello@nordicwalk.store or call 01446 789154. If in doubt, ring to ask for sizing advice before you buy.

Q: Is the strap removable?
A: Yes – the Shark Frame Strap detaches quickly and easily from the Nordic Shark grip, even while wearing gloves. It’s ideal for efficient training without stopping for adjustments.
